Easy Healthy Dessert Recipes You Can't Resist

In an effort to satisfy my sweet tooth as well as a healthier lifestyle, I would like to share recipes of desserts I have been obsessed with that last few months.

Oatmeal Cherry Cookies

  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Cherries
  • 1 Large Banana

Preheat Oven 350* Mix/smash all ingredients together in bowl with hands. Use a cookie sheet and cover with parchment paper. Place balls of mixture on parchment paper 3-4 inches apart. Bake for 7 minutes. Wait to cool and serve. Yields 4-5 Cookies

Banana Spring Rolls

  • Egg Roll Wrap
  • 1 Large Banana
  • Cinnamon Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • Grapeseed Oil

Heat Grapeseed Oil on stove top. Lay out 4 Eggs Roll Wraps. Slice one banana in half vertically, then each half horizontally creating 4 pieces. Place each piece of the banana in the center of each egg roll wrap. Sprinkle Cinnamon Sugar on each banana in the wrap. Using your fingers and water, wet the edges of each wrap and roll the banana in the wrap creating an eggroll shape. Deep fry in Grapeseed Oil for 30 seconds or until light golden brown. Place on a plate and serve. Yields 4 Rolls.

Teavana Tea Infuser

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Place loose tea leaves in tea infuser. Pour hot water in pitcher, then dip tea infuser in water and skrew on top. Serve hot or cold.

Ginger Limeade

  • 2 Tablespoons of Ginger 
  • 32 Oz of Pure Lime
  • 1/2 Cup Organic Blue Agave
  • 1 Gallon Alkaline Water

Juice Ginger and pour ginger juice in a pitcher. Mix in Lime Juice, Agave, and Water. Serve.
